Simply put, Jumpline.com fails to live up to their hype about Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS) hosting, which is a shared hosting account that functions like a dedicated server. Over the past year, Jumpline.com has produced a technical nightmare for their customers through system "upgrades" that rewrote directory paths, disabled MySQL databases, caused extension downtime, and basically created every hosting problem imaginable for many of their customers.
Add to that an under-prepared, under-trained support department, and you have a host to avoid.
